RAJ PAL Yadav’s love towards Nepal and Nepali

The Supreme Court on Friday rejected Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav’s petition and directed him to surrender for not paying money to a businessman despite giving repeated undertakings.

Yadav was sent to 10 day-judicial custody by the Delhi High Court for filing a false affidavit. The actor, who had earlier spent four days in judicial custody, will now have to serve the remaining six-day term.The apex court had earlier this week pulled Yadav for not paying money to a businessman despite giving repeated undertakings before the court, saying his conduct in the case was “inexplicable”.

While hearing an appeal filed by Yadav against the Delhi High Court’s June 3 order which directed him to surrender before the Tihar Jail by July 15 to serve the remainder six days of the total 10-day imprisonment awarded to him in 2013 for filing a false affidavit in the court.
